5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
