Refund & Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of research-use materials, all sales are considered final except as outlined below.

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
● Change of mind
● Incorrect orders placed by the customer
● Improper handling, storage, or misuse
● Opened, used, or altered products

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, please include:
● Order number
● Description of the issue
● Clear photos of the packaging and product

After review, Gray Lab Supply may, at its discretion:
● Send a replacement item
● Issue store credit
● Provide a refund in cases where replacement is not available

3. Non-Delivery Claims

A refund or replacement may be considered if:
● The order was not delivered due to an error on our end
● The shipping carrier confirms the package was lost in transit
● The claim is submitted within a reasonable timeframe

All non-delivery claims are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
